The estate distribution was set out to the widow, and his children, Oran Sherwood, Eliza Sherwood, Betsey, wife of Uriah Banks, Norman Sherwood, William Sherwood, Ann, wife of Frederick Wakeman, Sarah Sherwood, Emily Sherwood, Mary Jane Sherwood, Wilson Sherwood, and Francis Sherwood.[4]
