Biography
m. Lois A. Osborn, dau. of John and Anna (Banks) Osborn.
He enlisted in Company C, 28th Regular Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, in the Civil War, and was in service a year. He was taken prisoner at the battle of Port Hudson, and taken to Libby Prision, where he was confined for about forty days and then paroled.
