Death/Burial

Frank served with the Canadian Railway Troops. He died in France on 20 April 1918 and was buried at Tannay British Cemetery, Thiennes, Departement du Nord, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France; Plot: Plot 1. Row C. Grave 5.^[5][6]

During the war, parts of Frank's letter to his wife Annie and son Francis was printed in "Hell Upon Earth" by J. Clinton Morrison, pg 171-172, 246.
