THE COURTS
IN DIVORCE A DESERTED WIFE.
Before his Honor Mr. Jutice Simpson to-day Rose Wilson petitioned for the dissolution of her marriage with Frank Frederick Wilson, on the ground of desertion. Petitioner said she was married to respondent in Sydney on July 6, 1883, according to the rites of the Presbyterian Church and lived with him for nine years in William street. On May 16, 1892, respondent went to San Francisco, and did not return. He wrote to her, saying that he would forward money to bring her over, but the bank draft never came, nor did she hear anything more from him. His Honor granted a decree nisi, returnable on July 1 next, and gave petitioner the custody of the children.
