Biography
Anna was born in 1865. She was the daughter of James Shorts and Sarah Forsythe.
She married John Davidson McCormick (1866–). They had the following children:
Jane S. "Jennie" McCormick (1891–1973).
William Grafton McCormick (1893–1922).
She passed away in 1894. Burial at Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
Obituary: McCormick Mrs. Anna McCormick, wife of John D. McCormick, died yesterday aged 26 years at her home on Spahr Street, near College Avenue, East End. Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Monday morning at the family residence. From: Pittsburgh Press, September 15, 1894.
