Looking at Hinshaw V2 p. 260 1711, 5,25. A Thomas [Shreeve], s Caleb, Burl. Co., m Elizabeth Alleson, dt Richard, Burl. Co., at Burl. Mtg

Thomas Shreve of Burlington City, innholder, wrote his will 28 Feb 1746, naming wife Elizabeth and children Mary Hilbourn, Hannah North, Elizabeth Tylee (and her husband James Tylee), Thomas, Caleb, and Martha (an infant). Thomas and Caleb were directed to assist their mother. The inventory was conducted 6 Dec 1746, indicating he had died by this date.^[1]

It seems surely he was the Thomas Shreve named as a son of Caleb Shreeve-114 in his 1740 will. Unless there is an objection, suggest we remove the Portsmouth, Newport, Rhode Island place of death and use this profile to represent Thomas, son of Caleb Shreeve-114, who died in Burlington, Burlington County in 1746.+
