John was born in 1782 and passed away in 1862 at the age of 80. He is the son of John George Shupp III (Aug 4, 1759-Aug 27, 1839) and Anna Maria Elizabetha Diebler (Jan 10, 1760-Apr 18, 1840).
Married Anna Maria Yeager about 1800 at Dauphin, Pennsylvania.
John is buried at Broken Sword Cemetery, Crawford County, Ohio.
