Biography

Robert was born about 1827 being christened on 20 October that year at Market Harborough^[1]. He was the son of Henry Shuttleworth and Eliza Shuttleworth. He passed away in 1886^[2][3] and buried 22 June at Eaglehawk Cemetery, Victoria^[4].

In 1852 at Adelaide, South Australia, Robert married Emma Daley, daughter of Charles White and Eliza Daley^[5]. She was sister of Ellen, wife of Robert's brother Edward
