John was born in 1900. John is the child of [(Sich-2|Arthur Sich)] and Alexandra Richardson. John passed away in 1987.  John was born in Lingard House on Chiswick Mall. Educated at the same schools as his brother Guy but was at Winchester only from January 1914 until December 1915. He joined the Household Brigade Bdet Battalion but he was still a Cadet when the Armistice was signed (though apparently listed in the National Archive as a Second Lieutenant (Piece reference WO 374/62270). Subsequently studied agriculture at Bradley Court, Mitcheldean, Gloucester. Farmed in Berkshire, South Devon, Yorkshire and at Burwash (Sussex). From April 1927 in the wool trade at Southborough, Kent where he lived with his wife Faith at 30 Park Road. They moved to Penfold, Ivy Hatch, near Sevenoaks (a new house, built to his specifications) in July 1933 and they lived for the rest of their lives.
