Biography

Lowell was born April 25, 1885. He was the son of Nelson Sickler and Mary Heath. In 1900, he is found living in Koylton, Tuscola, Michigan.[1]

He is living in 1910 in Dayton, Tuscola, Michigan.[2]

He has been found listed in the World War I draft.[3]

1920 and 1930 find him in Koylton, Tuscola, Michigan.[4][5]

He passed away in 1960.
