Biography

Leah Siford (or Syford) was born in 1855 at Leafield in Oxfordshire, the daughter of Timothy Siford and his wife Harriett, born Harriett Pratley [1] [2].

In 1861, Leah was living in Witney Lane in Leafield with her parents and their other children. Her age was given as 8, implying a birth date in 1850 or 1851. Her birthplace was given as Leafield, Oxfordshire. She was at school [2].
