William David Sigman was born on 16 Mar 1858 in Missouri.
He married widow Sarah Ann (Thomas) Shirley on 8 June 1879. [1] To this marriage she brought daughters Ada Shirley and Mollie Shirley.
Together they became the parents of Isaac Newton Sigman, Elijah M. Sigman, Mary Emma (Sigman) Barnett, Martha Jane Sigman Edwards, Frank Sigman, and Harrison David Sigman.
WIlliam died on 28 Dec 1920 in Lindsay, Garvin Co., Oklahoma and was buried at the Lindsay Cemetery (now Green Hill Cemetery) in McClain Co., Oklahoma.
