Biography

William Henry Sikes was born 22 July 1903, the son of Joesph Washington Sikes and Theodosia Cowart Sikes[1].

He married Jewell Boyd 23 August 1930 in Tattnall County[2][3].

In 1940 they lived in Tattnall County with their sons Charles and Robert[4].

He died 13 April 1964 in Chatham County, Georgia[5][6] and was buried in Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Cobbtown, Tattnall County, Georgia[1].

His son Willie Charles died in 2014[7].
