Biography
Cubitt, born about 1813 (based on christening record) was the son of Cubitt and Susannah Silcock.[1]
He married Harriet Neave in 1843.[2]
1841 he lived in East Ruston, Norfolk, England with his parents and siblings. [3]

Harriet died in 1857 and on 3 August 1860 he married Harriet's younger sister Thirza by licence at St Dunstan in the West, London. He gave his address as Fleet Street, presumably a fiction to enable the marriage.[5]
Cubitt died on 1 August 1869 and their estate passed probate on 24 November 1869 in Norwich, Norfolk, England, United Kingdom.[6][7]
