William was born in June 1909 in Burlington, New Jersey.
He was a truck driver.
He married Margaret Pratt on 02 November 1929 in Suffolk, Virginia.[1]
He passed away at age 42 in January 1952 at Jewish Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[2]
