Biography
James was born in 1857. His birth was registered in Clifton and his mother's maiden name was Pritchard. [1] His parents were James and Jemima.
When James was about 29 he married Ada Anna (Hook) Skinner in September 1887 in Bristol, England. The couple had one child: Norman Erie (Skinner) Silcox. Reference: 2833[2]
In 1901 James (age about 43) was employed in Accountant, Insurance.
