Flora was born September 14, 1883 in Hardeman County, Tennessee.[1][2]
1900: living with parents and siblings in Hardeman County. Age 16. Widow. Mother of 0. Farm laborer.[3]
1944: died November 26. Death certificate gives her husband's name as W. E. Ballard. Buried in Woodland Cemetery, Madison County.[4]
