Biography
John was born in 1665. He was the son of John Silver of Youghal by his wife Elizabeth, daughter of Charles Oliver.
He was an M.P. for Rathcormack from 1703 to 1713
He married Joan Sandford, youngest daughter of Blaney Sandford and Jane Sandford of Knocktopher, County Kilkenny, in 1710.
The Marriage Settlement was registered 2 December 1710 [1]
