Olivia "Lovie" Simmons was born 10 Jun 1837 in Pike Co, Mississippi she died June 9, 1872. She is buried in the Varnado-Fendlason Cemetery located off Hwy 440 in the 9th Ward in Washington Parish, Louisiana. She married Samuel H. Varnado Oct 14, 1858. He was born 17 Jan 1837 in Mississippi. Census records indicate that they made their home in Pike County, Mississippi, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, and Washington Parish, Louisiana.
Olivia Varnado joined the Silver Creek Church in Pike Co., MS on 24 Aug 1856. [1][2]
