Biography
Sarah is the fourth of nine children in the family of Charles and Ginnet Winton Simmons. The family live in Sugar Grove, Illinois when she was 12.[1]
She married James Rowley in Kane County when she was about 20.[2]He was likely the younger brother of her sister Rachel's husband William C. Rowley.
