Biography
Edward was the son of Zebedee and Amittai (Webber) Simonds. He was born on 20 Jan 1820 in Bedford, Massachusetts, and died on 17 Dec 1907.[1] Edward married Mary Tidd, daughter of Samuel Tidd, on 13 Jun 1844 in Woburn.[2] There is a great newspaper story in The Boston Globe written on the occasion of his 80th birthday.
