Biography

J. Frank Simpson was born to Joseph and Sarah Jane (Kell) Simpson in Ravenden, Arkansas on July 14, 1890.^[1]

He enlisted in the US Army in 1917 during World War I.^[1][2] His military service record says "Corp Btry F 63 Arty CAC."He was already living in Washington State when he enlisted.

He married Suzanne Gardahaut on February 18, 1922 in Seattle, Washington.^[3] He was a car salesman.^[1]

He passed away on November 29, 1960 in Everett, Washington at the age of 70.^[1]
