Exoney 'Oney' Simms (Sims) was born circa 1806 in Patrick County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Ignatious Simms (1745-1819) and Jane Nance.

Marriage

Oney married Lessonby Nance (1801-abt.1885) Circa 1826, Lessenby & Oney & the first two of their children migrated to Roaring Spring Trigg County KY. Jane, Virginia & Edmund were born in Kentucky.
