This profile is part of the Chapman Name Study.

Tabitha, was born in 1732, [citation needed] the only child of Tabitha Jackson before she died. [citation needed] Tabitha Sims married William Wyche about 1749, who died in April of 1756, [citation needed] and married second William Chapman, on 24 January 1758. William Chapman was a son of John and Rebecca Chapman of Rockford, St. Andrew’s Parish, Brunswick County.

Children of William Wyche and Tabitha Jackson are:

  1. Rebecca Wyche born 1751, married Edmund Wilkins.
  2. Tabitha Wyche born 1753, married Douglas Wilkins.
  3. Winifred Wyche born in 1755.
