Biography

Louis was born 12 Dec 1816. His parents were Hiram Sims and Mollie Abercrombie. He had nine siblings including Claiborne Sims and Jeremiah Prather Sims (listed).

He married Arenda (Babb) Sims in 1837. Together they had one child, John Adams Sims (listed), plus two others.

Louis Saxton Sims passed away 20 Feb 1900. He was buried at the Providence Cemetery, in Clay County, Alabama, USA.
