Anne Sinclair was the daughter of Sir James Sinclair of Mey, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Leslie. She married George Mackenzie of Tarbat, 1st Earl of Cromarty, son of Sir John Mackenzie of Tarbat, 1st Bt. and Margaret Erskine, circa 6 July 1654. She died in 1699.
