Biography

Minnie was the daughter of William Alexander Sincox and Ellen Louisa Ward. She married Charles E. Hoyer in 1899.[1]

Mr. Charles E. Hoyer, manager of the Postal Telegraph Company, in this city, and Miss Minnie Sincox, daughter of Mr. W. B. Sincox, were married last night by Rev. E. J. Thacker, at the Second Presbyterian Church manse.[2]
