I have done some digging on this person. Maria’s maiden name was not Singer. If you click on the link to the obituary that I've added for her and go to page 8, column 1, you can read about her. Maria was previously married to a man named John Singer. I made a profile for him: Johann Baptist Singer.
I believe that Maria’s LNAB was “Schotterl” or “Schötterl”. This is based on using the DOB given in her obituary (July 10, 1854) and searching in the same parish book that her husband’s birth is listed in. Lo and behold, I found someone named Maria with exactly that DOB: https://www.portafontium.eu/iipimage/30068463/srby-11_0530-n?x=63&y=481&w=318&h=201
The village is Sirb rather than Zier as mentioned in the obit, but maybe the pronunciation was somewhat similar.
In the obituary for Johann, his bride is referred to as Miss Marie “Shetel”, and I believe her Family Search profile gives her a similar name. That might be a phonetic spelling of “Schotterl” so that seems consistent. Here is another listing of her name in a birth index. https://www.portafontium.eu/iipimage/30071613/srby-28_0640-r?x=516&y=570&w=309&h=195
It is on the right side of the page, about in the middle of the 1854 entries. You can see there is an umlaut over the “o” in her name. In terms of recreating her birth name, another option might be to use "oe" instead of ö.
Anyway, when you get a chance, please look over some of these sources, and let me know what you think – does this all make sense to you?
