DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Isiah by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Isiah:

Trying to connect ancestor Daniel Singer B: 24 Oct 1838 from Five Mile River Hants Co. It seems he must be part of this Singer family but I can't find the link. His father would have been B: abt 1815. I notice that John Singer (1779-1832) has four sons with little to no identified descendants. They would be the right age to be father to Daniel; William (29 Nov 1805), George (12 Apr 1813), John (19 Jun 1815), Briant (21 Oct 1819 - likely too young). Any info appreciated.
