Isadore Tinger, married brother-in-law in household of Jacob Dworkin.
As Jacob's brother-in-law, Isadore could be the husband of Jacob's sister.
Isadore could also be the husband of Annie's sister.
There is no evidence to show he is the brother of Annie (Friedman) Dworkin.
