He married Ellen Clara Fussell in Shoreditch Registration District, London during the 4th Quarter of 1911 [4].
During the First World War, he served with the Royal Flying Corps as an Air Mechanic at No.1 Aeroplane Supply Depot, St Omer, France. He died in Hackney, London on 1 Apr 1969 [5][6].
