Biography
When Cinthia Sintha Elizabeth Singleton - Palmer - Potter was born in March 1873 in Missouri, her father, Thomas, was 21, and her mother, Deborah, was 25. She had one daughter with Unknown Palmer. She then married James Richard Potter and they had eight children together. She died in February 1910 in Douglas, Missouri, at the age of 36.
