Biography

He was married and lived in La Porte, Indiana, when he registered for World War I. He was a moulder. He was tall and of medium build, with brown eyes and brown hair.

He lived in Covert, Van Buren County, Michigan, in 1942.

In 1920 he rented his home and was a coremaker at a foundry. He was married with two sons, living in Michigan City, Indiana.

In 1930 he and his wife had 5 children. He owned his home in Michigan City and worked as a laborer for a feed and coal business. He was not a veteran.

In 1940 he was a carpenter, living in Covert, Van Buren County, Michigan. The family had lived in the same place in 1935. He completed 8th grade.

Buried in Crystal Springs cemetery, Benton Harbor, Michigan.
