Biography

Willis was born in 1907. He was the son of John Henry Sink and Lou Ella Leonard.[1][2] He passed away in 2010 and is buried in Forest Hill Memorial Park, Lexington, North Carolina.[3][4]

His obituary was published in the Greensboro News & Record and other regional newspapers on 21 Dec 2010 :[9]:

Willis Lee "Bill" Sink, 103, of Lexington Health Care, formerly of Rowe Road, passed away Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, at Lexington Health Care.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church by Pastor Derek Boggs. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home and at other times at the home of his daughter, Susan Bizzell, on Rowe Road.
Bill was born in Davidson County on Sept. 23, 1907, to John Henry Sink and Lou Ella Leonard Sink. He was a retired employee of Adams Millis Hosiery in High Point. He was a member of First Lutheran Church and was a Mason and member of Numa F. Reid Lodge in High Point for 78 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 77 years, Novelia "Lib" Turner Sink on Feb. 15, 2008; a grandson, Edward Bizzell III; a great-grandson, Will Bizzell; five sisters, Sadie Sink, Mary Sink, Polly Sink, Ella Mae Everhart and Dot Meadows; and two brothers, Ray Sink and Garland Sink.
Surviving are one daughter, Susan Bizzell and husband Ed of Lexington; one son, Jim Sink and wife Cindy of Ridgeway, Colo.; six grandchildren, Tawn Bizzell and Renee Bizzell, both of Lexington, Brad Bizzell of Blacksburg, Va., Lisa Sink of Montrose, Colo., Shawna Pruitt of Buford, Ga., and Valerie Imbriaco of Grand Junction, Colo.; eight great-grandchildren, Erin Edwards and Susan Burke of Lexington, Kellie Michael of High Point, Megan and Matthew Imbriaco of Grand Junction, Colo., Erick Bizzell of Blacksburg, Va., and Taylor and Garrett Pruitt of Buford, Ga.; and two great-great grandchildren, Ethan and Emma Edwards of Lexington.
