Sorry, I guess I did respond May 2nd! It's hard to keep track of all of this...

Hi Bill, you sent me a message I didn't see until now! Sorry for the delay. I don't have my WikiTree set up to see messages sent. My Vosejpka link is Jakub Vosejpka and Rosina Dvorak..Katarina Vosejpka and Tomas Jasan...Anna Jasan and Frantisek Jares.....

Here's where we connect: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Vosejpka-5

I was thinking about joining MyHeritage as I noticed some ancestors I'd like to explore. The registers can be confusing but I've done it so many times I usually find the parish...reading it is another matter.

Hi Bill, it's nice to hear about another WikiTreer who is related (Vosejpka) to the same family. Many of the church records are online for the Bohemians and I need to start looking at them for the Vosejpka family. I recognize a couple of the names you list. People didn't venture too farm from their villages so it's made it easy (the writing can be difficult to read as you go back... strange font) for me to find and document. But there's so much to do. Let me know if I can help you.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential.

Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or topic. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.

Add the project tag to your Following list to be kept up to date on any activity that occurs for that project.

Can't find what you're looking for? Let me know, and I can make some suggestions! :-)

Hi !

Thanks for joining us! I’m David, a WikiTree Mentor. Hope you're enjoying our site.

Did you have fun learning your way around WikiTree?

I just wanted to check in and see how things are going. Do you have any questions I can answer?

Hello Again,

You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week now so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions?

I want to help! Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page or send me a private message. Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.

Cindy ~ WikiTree Messenger

PS Good work so far! Have you noticed on your ancestor profiles on bottom right is "Research" where you can get sources and more information? Give it a try!

Thanks for volunteering! You are now a full member of the WikiTree community, and can start adding your family.

I recommend starting with our New Member How-To pages. They will save you time, energy and frustration as you create your family profiles. If the link doesn't work in your e-mail, you can find it in the public comments on your profile page.

Need help? Just ask!

Above all, have FUN!  :) I hope you enjoy WikiTree as much as I have!

Kind regards,

Vicky Majewski ~ WikiTree Greeter & Member since August 2015
