Charles Lee "Charlie" Sisk was born in 1873 in Hopkins County, Kentucky, United States. He was the son of Travis Sisk and Dicie Stokes.
On 26 December 1909 in Hopkins County, Kentucky, he was married to Mrs. L.E. Howton[1] It was his second marriage and her third.
