Biography
Eliza (Sisk) Tapp was born in Kentucky.
At the time of the 1850 U.S. Census, she was living with her father Hezekiah & stepmother Nancy in Hopkins County, Kentucky, USA.[1] Despite the name similarity, she and her sister Elizabeth appear to be distinct individuals.
She married Wiliam H.Tapp on 13 January 1851 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. [2]
