Andrew was born in December 1834 in Saline County, Illinois. He was the son of Hezekiah Sisk and Sarah Slayton. He passed away in November 1918 in Saline County[1] and is buried at Cottage Grove Cemetery, Harrisburg, Saline County, Illinois.[2]
Andrew married Rebecca H. Wilson on 10 January 1856 in Saline County, Illinois.[3][3]
They had thirteen children.
