William was born in St Asaph, Flintshire in about 1828, [1] and baptised there on the 20th September 1828. He is the son of John Sisson and Maryanne.[2]
William John Sisson married Cornelia Elizabeth Harrison in Holywell, Flintshire on the 27th April 1859.[3][4]
William was the proprietor of the Cambrian Brewery, and the chairman of Wrexham and East Denbighshire Water Company.[5]
William John Sisson died at Plas Gwilym, Grove Road, Wrexham on the 3rd January 1904.[6][5]He was buried at Gresford on 6th January 1904.[7]
