There are 2 John Sizemore/Fannie Osborne marriages.

The first set married in Leslie County on May 21, 1866. John (Coldfoot) is the son of John/Aggy Cornett Sizemore. This Fannie is likely the daughter of Isom and Nancy Jones Osborne. This John and Fannie are in the Clay Co census 1870, 1880, cant find them in 1900, and in 1910 and 1920 in Leslie Co. Census. Their children are Patsy (Miney), Sally (Black Ma), Martha, Susan, Rhoda, and Taylor. According to 1910 census Fannie had 11 children with only 5 living by then. This John died 1921.

The second set was married in Floyd Co. On Jan. 26, 1971 this is John Penny and Fannie Osborn with children, Arty female, Jane, Catherine (Kate), John L., Edward, and Adam. These show in the 1880 and 1900 floyd Co. Census. That Fannie died by 1900 and was most likely daughter of Edward L. Osborne and Rhoda. This John died 1918.
