In the 1850 census, newly widowed Margaret Esther Sizemore-272 is living with her husband's younger brother, who is married to Margaret's sister Winnie.
Two Begley brothers, Henry and William, married two Sizemore sisters, Margaret and Winnie, respectively.
Because George All Sizemore (abt.1750-1822) is documented living in Tryon, NC in the period of Margeret's birth, I believe she is born there. Her father then moved to Hawkins Co, TN among the earliest settlers there and was listed there in the 1790 list of voters.
When George Sizemore-1198 left Hawkins Co VA in about 1800, give or take a year, he left with his son in law William Bagley-30, and this is documented by William and Winnie's children and you can see that on William's profile page.
The Bagley family were well settled at Hawkins Co TN and that is where William and Winnie crossed paths, and that is likely how Margeret and Henry met.
Here is the list of places Henry Bagley and Margaret Esther Sizemore lived at:
1790 census: Chatham, NC
1800 census: Hillsborough, Chatham, NC
1810 census: Clay Co, KY
1820 census:
1830 census: Morgan, TN
1840 census: Morgan, TN
1850 mortality schedule: Henry Begley died at Dist. 4, Marshall, TN. was aged 85, a carpenter, died of dropsy, died November 1849.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Margaret by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Margaret:
Continuing in my research, I'm still not finding evidence that Henry Begley married a Sizemore. The only record of a wife to him appears to be a "Darby". See his profile for details.
