In 1910, he was enumerated as divorced (?) head of household with sons Oscar and Frank in Sulphr Springs, Benton, Arkansas ^[1]

His wife Ida, was also enumerated in Sulphur Springs, as widowed.^[2]

He passed away in 1946.^[3]

He is buried in Hillcrest Cemetery in Gravette, Benton Co., Missouri.^[4]
