Alternate spellings of his name: De Zoucieur, De Socieur, D'Zascieur, De Sosieur. After he anglicized it to Sizer alternative spellings were Seizer, Sisar, Syzer, Sizar, Cizer, Cyzer. Cyzar, Cizar.
He married Sarah Tryon on 10 May 1727 in Middletown, Hartford, Connecticut.[1]
