Mary was born in 1895. She was the daughter of Robert Skelly and Lizzie Bryson.
On 31 March 1901 the Skelly family lived in Lappoges, Ballykeel, Down, Ireland. [1] Robert Skelly (35) Head of House, Reformed Presbyterian, Farmer & wife Lizzie Skelly (30) with children; Amelia Skelly (1), Minnie Skelly (5), Maggie Skelly (3) Farmers Daughter, James Skelly (7) & Niece Sarah Bryson (17) Dresmaker.
On 20 Feb 1920 Mary emigrated from Londenderry, Ireland arriving in New York, USA on 8 March1920.[2]
On 20 Sept 1921 Mary Skelly married Charles Denver Keys in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[3][4]
In 1930 the Keys family lived in Vankirk St, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. [5] Charles Keys (36) Conductor Street Railway & Minnie Keys (34) and boarders Walter Simcox (26) Commercial traveler & Mina Simcox (23).
In 1940 Charles was still living in Vankirk St, Philadelphia and may have separated from Mary. [6]
She passed away in 1965 and was buried at the Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.[7]
