There are two Kenneth Skinners, b. ca. 1910, in the 1940 Census. On 15 Apr, one is living in Tuscola County, Michigan;[1] on 29 Apr, the other is living in the Almshouse in Kearn Township, Antrim County, Michigan.[2] These two counties are about 160 miles apart. Are these the same person?
