When Elmer Garnet SKINNER was born on January 4, 1898, his father, George George Skinner, was 26 and his mother, IdaIda Shaw, was 23.[1] He had five brothers and one sister. He died on October 10, 1918, in Sea, Somerset, at the age of 20. [2]
