Louisa was born on 15 May 1819 in Elberton, Elbert, Georgia, United States. She was the daughter of George Martin Skinner and Mary Polly (Henry) Skinner.[1]
When Louisa was 13 she married on 26 January 1833 in , Perry, Alabama, USA.
In the 1850 census Louisa (age 31) was living in Polk, Dallas, Arkansas.[1]
In the 1860 census Louisa (age 41) was living in Caswell, Calhoun, Arkansas.[2]
She died, at the age of 63, on January 3, 1883 in Pulaski County, Arkansas. She is buried at the McCraw Cemetery, Pulaski County, Arkansas.[3]
