Henry Allen Skipper was born on 14 October 1858. He was the first son and eldest child of John Bacon Skipper and Elizabeth Allen.[1]

On 3 September 1886, he married Mary Margaret Black, the widow of John Luffman, in Wilcannia, New South Wales.[2]

Henry and Mary had one son and one daughter:

  1. Elizabeth Maud Skipper
  2. Frank Allen Skipper

The family lived in Wilcannia, New South Wales.

Henry Skipper died on 1 April 1945 in Bourke, New South Wales.[3]
