I'm not sure what the Wallop Family source states but this profile is attached to the wrong parents, and has incorrect dates, and the bio attaches her to the wrong Robert Constable. I'll try to correct as much as I can and then merge with Unknown-332237 as she first married Alexander Surtees, and then Robert Constable. See the History of Parliament linked to in a previous comment.

Unknown-332237 and Skipwith-1 do not represent the same person because: Rejected this merge because there is nothing on the profiles that connects them

Unknown-332237 and Skipwith-1 appear to represent the same person because: Accorcing to "History of Parliament" they are the same. Some correction of dates is required.

Unknown-332237 and Skipwith-1 do not represent the same person because: They have little in common except their first name.

Unknown-332237 and Skipwith-1 appear to represent the same person because: Hist. Parl identifies Constable's wife as the widow of Surtees. Apparently there was some bother, as she remarried without permission.
