Mary was born in 1882 in Helena, Minnesota.[1] She is the daughter of John Skluzacek and Marie Krenik. Mary married Martin Vlazny, 24 Aug 1903 in New Prague, Minnesota.[2] Mary died in 1962 and is buried in McGregor, Clayton County, Iowa, United States of America.[3]
